Lintec is happy to provide all the benefits of digital dentistry to our clients, which includes being capable of accepting files from all major intraoral scanners.

Shipping Your Case

Ship your case with FedEx Express Overnight. Please utilize the tool below to generate and print a shipping label.


Packaging Your Case

Please follow the instructions below to ensure your case is properly packaged, so everything arrives at Lintec securely.

Instructions:

  • • Carefully package your case with impressions and/or models.
  • • Separate models, and secure impressions and bites.
  • • Arrange contents in a plastic bag or proper infection control.
  • • Place form on top of contents.
  • • Tape box securely shut.
  • • To save money on shipping, send multiple cases in one box

Send a Digital Case

Lintec Dental Labs™ is proud to accept digital scans from most major intraoral scanners. Please review our protocols below to find instructions for your preferred scanner.

iTero®

  • • Call 800-577-8767
  • • Select Option 1
  • • Request that Lintec Dental Lab is added to your scanner and Identify our lab using our phone number: (240) 912-9670 or the Company ID: 52145
  • • After Lintec Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner
  • • After connecting to us as a lab, select Lintec Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files

Trios®

  • • Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
  • • Connect with Lintec Dental Lab as Lab by searching [email protected]
  • • After connecting to us as a Lab, select Lintec Dental Lab when sending files

3M™ True Definition Scanner

  • • Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
  • • Select Option 1 and request support Lintec Dental Lab be added to your scanner
  • • 3M™ will then confirm with Lintec Dental Lab and add connection remotely

Carestream®

  • • Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
  • • Search for Lintec Dental Lab
  • • Add Lintec Dental Lab
  • • Select Lintec Dental Lab when submitting scans raw STL files
  • • Email Lintec Dental Lab at [email protected]
